BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1914 Hamill Road, being on the southeast line of Hamill Road southwest of State Highway 153. Lots 2, 3, and 10, Hamill Road Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 14, page 149, ROHC; being the properties described in deed book 979, page 117, ROHC, and deed book 979, page 118, ROHC. Tax Map No. 110I-J-20. from R-4 Special Zone to C-1 Highway Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Grant right-of-way; 2. Subject to proposed landscape ordinance provisions; 3. Subject to provisions of sign ordinance; and 4. All existing easements are retained. 0C SECTION 3.
